Marco Polenta

Chairman

Marco is a co-founder of Kervis Asset Management and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since the inception of Kervis Asset Management Marco led the expansion of the group’s investor relationships, establishing several partnerships with International Private Equity groups that generated the acquisition of more than €2bn of assets in the Italian market. 
Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing group, Marco was the Head of Europe and Member of the Global Investment Committee. 
Marco is a member of the board of Casavo, the first European I-buyer and sits on the Advisory Board of Real Step Sicaf.

Giulio Bentivoglio

Chief Executive Officer

Giulio is the Chief Executive Officers of Kervis SGR and is a co-founder of Kervis Asset Management: Giulio is leading Kervis SGR platform growth. Formerly Giulio developed his career in Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing Group focusing on the management of Core and Value Added Funds and was a member of the Investment Committee of Morgan Stanley SGR. Giulio was CFO of MSP (Morgan Stanley Properties) leading several refinancing and structuring of NPLs transactions.

Giancarlo Patri

Head of Fund Management

Giancarlo is the Head of Fund and Asset Management within Kervis SGR. Giancarlo joined Kervis Group in 2015 to lead the asset management activity and became a partner of Kervis Asset Management in 2019. Previously Giancarlo was Head of Advisory in Namira SGR and Senior Asset Manager for Natixis Capital Partners after having worked in Tishman Speyer Development team in Italy. Giancarlo holds engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano and is a member of the Milan Order of Engineers.

Marianna Bacile di Castiglione

Chief Financial Officer

Marianna joined Kervis in March 2022 as Group Chief Financial Officer and Responsible for Internal Valuation of Kervis SGR. In this role she is responsible for all aspects of Kervis Group finance function, including controllership, financial reporting, planning and analysis, and capital management. Formerly she was in Deloitte where she held various position within the Turnaround and Debt Advisory Services as well as within the Audit Services business. Marianna holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Martina Mazzola

Administration, Accounting & Control

Martina joined Kervis in May 2022 and is Responsible for Administration, Accounting and Control for Kervis SGR. In this role she is responsible for all administrative and accounting functions, including controllership and financial reporting. Formerly she was in Kryalos SGR in the finance and accounting team. Martina holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Elisa Pizziconi

Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs

Elisa is responsible of Kervis SGR’s legal and corporate affairs.
Prior to joining Kervis she was Associate in Grimaldi Studio Legale in the M&A practice and previously served in Castello SGR within the legal and corporate affairs department. Formerly she was Associate in Legance and Baker & McKenzie.
Elisa holds a bachelor degree in Law from Luiss University in Rome and became a member of the Rome Bar in 2015..

Andrea Conso

Independent Board Member

Andrea joined Kervis SGR in 2019 as an independent member of the board.
Andrea founded in 2013 Annunziata & Conso, a leading law firm with international scope.
He is currently a managing partner.
Previously Andrea founded another law firm and an auditing firm in Rome, and worked in the legal departments of Sanpaolo IMI and Unicredit SIM S.p.A.
He holds a degree in law from the University of Turin and is a member of the Italian Bar.

Marco Rosi

Compliance, Risk Management, AML

Marco works for Kervis SGR since 2020 as Compliance, Risk and Anti-money laundering Officer.
From 2017 to 2020 he was a consultant at important consulting firms, such as Deloitte and KPMG, also gaining experience in smaller contexts such as ConsiliaRegulatory.
Marco holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from Università degli Studi of Parma.
